Cairo, Egypt / Pendik, Istanbul, Türkiye on 7 September 2026 FENIX Aviation, a Turkish Civil Aviation Authority (SHGM) Approved Training Organization (ATO Ref. TR.ATO.053), and Logos International Limited of Egypt are pleased to announce the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement aimed at expanding access to world-class airline pilot training for Egyptian students (Some additional students from other African and Regional countries may be included in future expansion). The partnership combines FENIX Aviation's modern training infrastructure, fleet and internationally recognized pilot training programs with Logos International's extensive aviation industry network and market presence in Egypt. Under the agreement, the cooperation will be implemented in three stages. Phase 1 – Student Recruitment & Market Development Logos International will serve as the official representative of FENIX Aviation in Egypt, providing local student counseling, admissions support, marketing activities and Arabic-language assistance for aspiring pilot students and their families. Phase 2 – Hybrid Academic Training Subject to regulatory approvals, selected theoretical aviation training modules may be delivered in Egypt through validated classrooms and instructors under the academic oversight of FENIX Aviation, reducing time, accommodation and living costs for Egyptian students. Phase 3 – Establishment of a Flight Training Academy in Egypt (other alternative country may be considered) The parties will jointly evaluate the establishment of a full-scale aviation training academy in Egypt (or other alternative country), combining FENIX Aviation's training systems and operational expertise with Logos International's local infrastructure and regulatory support. FENIX Aviation currently operates one of Türkiye's most modern training fleets, including AQUILA A211 aircraft, Diamond DA42 multi-engine trainers and advanced ALSIM simulation systems. The academy delivers training in English and follows SHGM-approved programs aligned with international aviation standards. Commenting on the partnership, representatives from both organizations expressed confidence that the cooperation will create new opportunities for Egyptian aviation professionals while strengthening aviation ties between Egypt and Türkiye. The partnership is expected to provide Egyptian students with a safe, modern and structured pathway from initial flight training through Private Pilot License (PPL), Commercial Pilot License (CPL), Instrument Rating (IR), Multi-Crew Cooperation (MCC), Upset recovery (UPRT) and Frozen ATPL qualifications.
